Research

Organization of chromatin domains along the chromosome
I am interested in the organization of chromatin domains along the chromosome. I have chosen chromosomes containing neocentromeres to study the localization and structure of centromere chromatin with a combined ChIP on CHIP analysis of CENP-A, -C, -H and H3 modifications and cohesins.
