Daniel Caplivski, MD is Director of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine Travel Medicine Program. To find out more about this program, click here.
Together with co-director Dr. Natasha Anandaraja, he helps prepare adults and children for travel to tropical countries where infectious diseases such as yellow fever and malaria may be more prevalent. Both Dr. Caplivski and Dr. Anandaraja are graduates of the Gorgas Course in Clinical Tropical Medicine in Peru and have specialized training in evaluating and treating patients who have acquired illnesses while abroad.
