The Graduate School of Biological Sciences provides students with the tools to understand and address the underlying mechanisms that cause disease as they arrive to develop new, life-saving treatments. The Graduate School offers degree studies in Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., and M.S. in Biomedical Sciences, Genetic Counseling, Public Health and Clinical Research Education.

Contemporary sciences involve multidisciplinary efforts, development of entirely new fields, and the application of fundamental knowledge to important biomedical problems. To prepare students for this new era in research, the Graduate School offers students a wealth of options for developing the knowledge in scientific research to meet his/her individual goals.
