The Visiting Doctors Program is a collaborative effort between the Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine and the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Adult Development of The Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Its multidisciplinary staff includes:

• Board certified internists, geriatricians and palliative care physicians
• Nurse practitioners
• Certified social workers
• Spanish language translators
• Registered nurses
