The Visiting Doctors Program is a collaborative effort between the Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine and the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Adult Development of The Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Its multidisciplinary staff includes:
- Board certified internists, geriatricians and palliative care physicians
- Nurse practitioners
- Certified social workers
- Spanish language translators
- Registered nurses
