Primary Care

When you become our patient, we will routinely monitor your health.  We’ll coordinate and track your care and manage your medical records when you need to visit multiple physicians, or as your medical needs change.

We are especially adept at managing patients with multiple chronic diseases.  These may include hypertension, asthma, diabetes, heart, lung and kidney disease, urological problems, obesity, high cholesterol, vascular disease, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, and depressive disorders.

We will also make sure that you’ll always have access to available screening and prevention services. Again, these are coordinated through our practice.

Because we treat patients within an internationally recognized medical center, we have access to a world of highly regarded medical specialists within the Mount Sinai community. This means that our friends and colleagues in specialties ranging from Immunology and Infectious Disease to Endocrinology and Gastroenterology (and many others) are there for us to call upon whenever we need them to assist in your care.

Because of the extensive study and training all of our physicians have undergone, the physicians of the PC-FPA and their colleagues are among the best-qualified medical professionals to diagnose and treat illness. We are also here to help you and your family to maintain good health through wellness and prevention programs.
