Located within the world renowned Mount Sinai Medical Center, the Movement Disorders Center has three interrelated components - patient care, teaching, and research. In addition to caring directly for patients, the program develops new research therapies. There is a long tradition of clinical excellence in the treatment of movement disorders at Mount Sinai. The Movement Disorders Center continues that tradition by providing state of the art, compassionate, and comprehensive specialty care. Every physician in the Faculty Practice Associates is a staff member of the Mount Sinai Hospital and a faculty member of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
