Deane Prostate Health and Research Center

Integrated Prostate Cancer Program

The focus of the Integrated Prostate Cancer Program is the provision of care for patients for whom standard treatments for either localized disease, locally advanced disease, or metastatic disease have failed. Through the efforts of investigators at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, interactions with cooperative groups, and liaisons with industry, individual patients may have a menu of treatment options from which to choose.

The Integrated Prostate Cancer Program is part of the Barbara and Maurice Deane Prostate Health Center. Under the auspices of the Center, patients can access the expertise of experienced urologists, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists so that a patient may ultimately choose his definitive therapy with full knowledge of the risks and benefits of each treatment option.
