OverviewThe Division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology in the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics cares for patients with the full gamut of allergic and immunologic diseases. With the support of the Jaffe Family Foundation, the Division is one of only three in the country to offer a comprehensive program for the diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to food allergy. The Food Allergy Program not only provides clinical services, but also engages in federally and privately funded basic and clinical research in numerous aspects of food allergy. In collaboration with the Division of Clinical Immunology in the Department of Medicine, Mount Sinai Hospital is a national resource center for primary immunodeficiency. |
