Dr. Eric M. Genden is Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology and Associate Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and Immunobiology. As Chief of the Division of Head and Neck Oncology, Dr. Genden is board certified in head and neck surgery and fellowship trained in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction. His practice is centered on thyroid, parathyroid surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, and airway reconstruction. Dr. Genden is nationally recognized as a leader in head and neck cancer surgery and head and neck microvascular reconstruction. He is the surgical director of the Multidisciplinary Program for Head and Neck Cancer. Dr. Genden is currently a member of the New York Head and Neck Society, American Head and Neck Society, American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Broncho-Esophagological Association.
