The Division of Gynecologic Oncology will only be accepting applications for the 2010 Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Position at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York via the 2010 National Resident Match Program (NRMP) through the Electronic Resident Application System (ERAS).

Applications will be reviewed for interview consideration upon completion, therefore no application will be considered before May 31st, 2009.

1. We participate in the NRMP and all applications are to be submitted through ERAS. The deadline is May 31st, 2009.

2. Please include:

• A personal statement – less than 2 pages including any information which you feel would be helpful in appraising you as an individual.
• 3 letters of recommendations – should be sent through ERAS. Please list the individuals from whom we should expect letters in your support.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Copies of USMLE, ECFMG, CREOG scores (which may need to be uploaded as additional documents by [ERAS] or attached to your CV). If necessary it can be sent attached to an email as a pdf or other document.
• Alternate contact information – e.g. cell phone and pager numbers. We may need to contact you urgently for interviews or on Match day.
• All medical training – e.g. Observership, Electives, Residency, Fellowship and Research experience.
