RMA of New York offers full reproductive endocrine services through their in house andrology and IVF laboratories. Services include intrauterine insemination, with and without clomiphene or gonadotropin stimulation, as well as offers in vitro fertilization (IVF). The IVF laboratory provides a full range of services including gamete micromanipulation, assisted hatching, embryo biopsy to support pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), embryo cryopreservation, and oocyte donation. The IVF process involves sonography, sonohysterography, controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, transvaginal ultrasound-directed oocyte retrieval and ultrasound-guided embryo transfer. Through RMA of New York’s urology practice, also offered are the medical and surgical treatments of male infertility, including epididymal aspiration, testicular biopsy and electro ejaculation. The urology practice also specializes in erectile and ejaculatory dysfunction.

Gynecologic Surgery is offered for patients trying to conceive that would benefit from surgical intervention, including operative hysteroscopy, myomectomy, treatment of intrauterine scar tissue (Asherman’s Syndrome), correction of uterine anomalies, and other surgical procedures. These services are performed at the Mount Sinai Hospital.
