The Mount Sinai School of Medicine Consortium for Graduate Medical Education, consisting of 13 institutions located in New York and New Jersey, sponsors more than 140 residency programs in virtually every specialty of medicine, enrolling in the aggregate more than 2,000 house staff. Consortium educational activities provided to all house staff, regardless of home institution or specialty.

Program Overview

There are six neuroanesthesiologists: James B. Eisenkraft, M.D., Adam Levine, M.D., Khin Marlar, M.B.B.S., Arthur E. Schwartz, M.D., Adiba Shamsi, M.B.B.S., and David H. Adams, M.D. serves as Division Director. Research and academic interests of the Division members include anesthesia equipment and delivery systems, use of the intubating laryngeal mask airway, anesthesia simulators, strategies for selective hypothermic cerebral and organ protection, and techniques for intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring. We are please to offer one CA-4 fellowship position.
