Applications are invited from undergraduate students who are currently in their sophomore or junior years. Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.5, be motivated towards research, and be inclined towards graduate education in biomedical sciences, in a Ph.D. Program or M.D./Ph.D. Program.

All applicants must to be committed to having a serious summer experience.

The award is based on the application materials, including the personal statement, the undergraduate record, and two letters of recommendation. The benefits of the award include:
