The MPH Program is pleased to allow students to take individual courses within the curriculum without matriculating towards a degree. Non-Matriculating (non-degree seeking) Students are limited to taking 16 credits in this status.

Instructions for Non-Matriculating Students

If you are interested in taking a course in the M.P.H. Program, please do the following:

1. Contact the Course Director to make sure your background and skills make you eligible for the course and to receive permission to enroll. To contact a Course Director, use Mount Sinai's online directory or contact the Program Coordinator.
2. Following the approval required in the step above, deliver a completed Student Identification Form to the Program Coordinator.
3. Register for the course on the Web site.
4. The Bursar's office will send you an invoice for tuition after the Registration Deadline. As for all students, check your e-mail regularly and the course's site on WebEd for up-to-date news and information.

Tuition for Non-Matriculating Students

Tuition for non-matriculating students in the 2008 - 2009 Academic Year will be $772.50 per course credit.
