Application Deadline: October 1
Review of applications will begin on September 15. We will notify you when your application is complete.
Application Requirements
- Application Form with essays
- Official high school and college transcripts.
Each transcript should be in a sealed institutional envelope. - Three letters of recommendation
The people whom you select should have worked with you or know you in a more than casual manner. We are particularly interested in learning about you as a person. One of these letters should come from a faculty/staff member of your current school and one should come from a faculty/staff member of your high school. We prefer that you use Interfolio for submitting your letters of recommendation. If you choose not to use Interfolio, please have your recommender attach a confidentiality form to his/her letter. Letters may be sent by the recommender directly to us at the address below; alternatively, the recommender can give you their letter in a sealed envelope, signed across the seal. - SAT/ACT scores
Do not request that the Educational Testing Service or ACT Program forward your scores, as Mount Sinai does not have a recipient code number. Often, your SAT/ACT scores are on your high school transcript. A photocopy or web shot of your SAT/ACT scores is also acceptable. - Application fee ($100)
Payment of the application fee is part of the on-line application. You will be prompted on how to pay by credit card, check or money order.
