The Media Resource Center distributes site-licensed software to eligible members of the Mount Sinai community. Licenses are available for a variety of products from Microsoft, Adobe, MathWorks, Endnote, SAS and SPSS.

To download a request form—click on the appropriate link on left side of this page (Adobe Reader is required to print the forms). Completed forms can be brought to the Media Resource Center (room 1083) in the Levy Library or faxed to (212) 241-4925. Payment may be made in the form of a check payable to Levy Library or, with proper authorization, can be charged to a valid 12 digit fund account number.
