In March 2007, the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) awarded Mount Sinai School of Medicine "Accreditation with Commendation", the maximum award status that entitles Mount Sinai School of Medicine to a six-year certification period of continuing medical education for physicians. The rating is the highest available by a CME provider, and according to ACCME policy is “reserved for programs which are truly exceptional.” Mount Sinai School of Medicine is proud to have achieved this exemplary status. Thank you to all our faculty, educational partners, and participants for your efforts and support towards this great achievement.
